FAQs

  • Your membership includes 2 sessions per month.

  • To schedule your sessions, click the "Book Now" button located above, under Step 3.

  • Any unused sessions will be automatically forfeited if not scheduled within the month.

  • The private Telegram chat is your go-to space for extra support between sessions. Use it to ask personal questions, celebrate your wins, and tap into your coach’s expertise for additional mentorship.

  • If you wish to continue as a private client, please contact our support team at contact@kyrabolzan.com at least two weeks before your container ends to renew your membership.

  • If you cancel your Diamond membership before the contract ends, you are still required to fulfill your fixed payment obligations. The remaining balance cannot be applied as credit toward other offers, and refunds are not provided.
